Wahmmy's Note:
We joined this event last year and we weren't 100% happy because the kids waited a long time for the costume parade. It's a good thing the kids and adults editions are now on separate time slots. Not all the establishments inside MOP were prepared to give treats. We do hope there'd be more treats for kids this time. Good thing they received a lot of freebies from the sponsors' booths.
