It started with the bills coming in sooo late we are unable to pay it via payment centers at SM. Then they stopped arriving.

I had to figure out a way to get the billing statement so we can utilize the payment centers in SM Malls.

After researching online, I found out that we can dowload the billing statement a week before the due date.

Here's how:
  1. Go to http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/.
  2. Click on E-Members Services.
  3. Click on Housing Loan Payment Verification.
  4. Enter the following information in their respective fields:
  • HL Account No.
  • Last Name
  • First Name
Information Available

Account Information 
Contains information about the housing loan.
  • HL Account Number
  • Name of Borrower
  • Loan Value
  • Term in Years
  • Take Out Date
  • Outstanding Balance
  • Monthly Amortization
Payments
Contains details of last 12 payments

 We can also View, Print and Download our Billing Statement.
