Our whole family ran at the Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run 2016!

 We've always wanted to join a fun run and the First Ever Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run held at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on May 29, 2016 was the perfect first run for us!

We were all ran! Jager and Daddy joined the 1k Event while McKenzie and I did a quick dash at the 200m Event.

 As always, photos could better tell you the story of our experience so here they are:

Assembly Time for the 1k Event is 545AM, for the 200m Dash 630am. We arrived a few minutes after 6am but we had ample time to change into our singlets and have some photos taken.

To ensure a smooth start, the organizers arranged the runners in this order: girls, boys, kids with companions. Took this photo before I went to my group.
She finished the 200m Dash and got slimed at the Finish Line!

The Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run 2016 was a very wonderful first family fun run experience for us. It was a great bonding activity for our family.
It was a well organized event and everything we need has been provided for: water stations with special water for the dogs, shower areas, changing rooms, lockers, games, activities, and lootbags!

We can't wait for  Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run 2017! After posting photos on my facebook account, friends and relatives has asked me about our experience and expressed interest to join next year's event too.

We had breakfast before heading home.

Unlocking the (sad) moments: Angelina

M is an only child. But not really... we have two more but both were too special, God took them back right away. Genesis is M's Kuya. I wrote about our first miscarriage in Jan 2009. In 2016, we gained another angel. But it was too painful, I managed to lock the memory in. I've spent years trying not to think about what happened.  I think I erased it from my mind. Today is Angelina's 6th year in heaven. As I recover and heal, the memory of losing her is slowly coming back. 2016 It was a really busy year. It was a busy year for Kenny and KANSIS Made. It was a busy year for McKenzie. It was a busy year for me as a WAHM. We were all too busy, we didn't know I was pregnant.
