It started with the bills coming in sooo late we are unable to pay it via payment centers at SM. Then they stopped arriving. I had to figure out a way to get the billing statement so we can utilize the payment centers in SM Malls. After researching online, I found out that we can dowload the billing statement a week before the due date. Here's how: Go to http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/ . Click on E-Members Services. Click on Housing Loan Payment Verification . Enter the following information in their respective fields: HL Account No. Last Name First Name Information Available Account Information Contains information about the housing loan. HL Account Number Name of Borrower Loan Value Term in Years Take Out Date Outstanding Balance Monthly Amortization Payments Contains details of last 12 payments We can also View, Print and Download our Billing Statement .
