As a representative of A WAHM Writes, I’ve inhaled the mommy courage, guts and eagerness to trim down the unwanted flabs and junkies inside me and reminded myself to have fun, too. The moment I stepped inside the Fitness room, (Yes, I was there first!) I felt the positive spirit of coaches and other women who have pledge for their willingness to be fit and healthy. Elegance, simplicity and accurate information dominated on the videos, leaflets and picture frames with helpful tips.
I had a small talk with Ms. Jacqueline Peredo, the President of Curves Fitness Philippines who briefly introduced to me what Curves is all about. She shared exceptional and inspirational stories of Women who exert a lot of endeavour and eagerness to lose weight and stay fit.
I was personally instructed and coached by Liezel, one of the resident coaches at Curves. She has amazing curves, jolly personality, slender legs and captivating smile. She was our Zumba instructor and to tell you honestly, her dance moves was ravishing and intensely hot! (That’s why men can’t be in there! *winks*)
Moreover, Bessie Ocampo, a mom at 40 with a two – year old daughter told us about her inspiring transformation when she joined Curves 4 months ago. It takes self – discipline, keenness and motivation to fulfil achievement in life. Even if she already reached her goal, it didn’t stop there. She told us that she chose to maintain the healthy lifestyle.
Overall, the Circuit + Zumba Fitness experience was a vast experience! For once, I’ve used the 3- minutes of my life in a good way. The happiness on our faces didn’t fade. Everyone exert all their efforts to participate and trim down the unattractive tummy and flabs! I had a chance to meet the other amazing beauty bloggers, too!
