Curves Circuit Saturday

What: Curves Circuit Saturday
When: Saturday, November 30, 2013
Where: Curves Eastwood City Walk 2
What Rikka wrote about her experience:

As a representative of A WAHM Writes, I’ve inhaled the mommy courage, guts and eagerness to trim down the unwanted flabs and junkies inside me and reminded myself to have fun, too. The moment I stepped inside the Fitness room, (Yes, I was there first!) I felt the positive spirit of coaches and other women who have pledge for their willingness to be fit and healthy. Elegance, simplicity and accurate information dominated on the videos, leaflets and picture frames with helpful tips.

I had a small talk with Ms. Jacqueline Peredo, the President of Curves Fitness Philippines who briefly introduced to me what Curves is all about. She shared exceptional and inspirational stories of Women who exert a lot of endeavour and eagerness to lose weight and stay fit.

I was personally instructed and coached by Liezel, one of the resident coaches at Curves. She has amazing curves, jolly personality, slender legs and captivating smile. She was our Zumba instructor and to tell you honestly, her dance moves was ravishing and intensely hot! (That’s why men can’t be in there! *winks*)

Moreover, Bessie Ocampo, a mom at 40 with a two – year old daughter told us about her inspiring transformation when she joined Curves 4 months ago. It takes self – discipline, keenness and motivation to fulfil achievement in life. Even if she already reached her goal, it didn’t stop there. She told us that she chose to maintain the healthy lifestyle.

Overall, the Circuit + Zumba Fitness experience was a vast experience! For once, I’ve used the 3- minutes of my life in a good way. The happiness on our faces didn’t fade. Everyone exert all their efforts to participate and trim down the unattractive tummy and flabs! I had a chance to meet the other amazing beauty bloggers, too!

“No make – up, no men, and no mirrors.”
The unofficial motto of Curves may sound so simple, but since the first women – only gym was opened in Harlingen, Texas in 1992, it has grown by leaps and bounds.
Ideally created specifically for women, Curves offers a complete fitness and nutrition solution. The curves 30 minute workout exercises every major muscle group and burns up to 500 calories through a proven program of strength training, cardio and stretching!

Why should you choose Curves?
Curves is the largest fitness franchise in the world to date. They have thousands of locations in over 85 countries and is the first fitness and weight – loss facility designed for women. Also, they have the friendliest coaches and crews too!
Curves is about fitness, health and moving away from disease; gaining strength and losing weight; reaching your goals in a community of support and encouragement; and strengthening Women. They are the only “one – stop shop” where women can lose weight, gain muscle strength and aerobic capacity, and raise metabolism for good!
As long as you’re a Woman, you can join the club!
Yes! As stated earlier, this is a woman – only fitness club. A lot of Work-at-home-moms and busy bee moms have registered and made an exceptional decision in choosing the healthy lifestyle. This is a great way to prevent chronic diseases and unstoppable eating habits!
How does the Circuit + Zumba Fitness work?
·         Work out at each machine for one minute rather than the regular 30 seconds.
·         During your one minute recovery station time, follow the instructor to perform Zumba dance moves.
·       You will round the circuit once in 30 minutes, concluding your workout with an instructor – led group stretch.
Thank you, Curves Eastwood for considering A WAHM Writes to be a part of this amazing experience! It was truly unforgettable. I recommend all moms who are too shy to hit the gyms or fitness clubs, this one is definitely for you!
